Shipping

All orders will be dispatched within 1 working day unless otherwise stated. If ordering for express delivery orders need to be placed by 1pm that day. The delivery costs are shown in connection with the shipping at the checkout stage.

Kindly note that delivery to rural addresses can result in longer delivery times.

Taxes and Duties

Australia, Canada, European Union, Switzerland, United Kingdom and United States are shipped on DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning that taxes and duties are included in the final price. You will not have to pay any additional customs on arrival of delivery. For orders outside of these areas, please note import charges will always be the responsibility of the customer.

Important Information

All orders will receive a tracking number which can be used to track delivery. Delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and / or stock availability. We are unable to deliver to post office boxes.

Insurance

Almost Home insures each purchase during time in transit until it is delivered to you. Orders may require signature upon delivery, at which point responsibility for the shipment passes to you. If you have specified a recipient other than yourself for delivery purposes, you also accept that signature by the third party is sufficient proof of delivery and fulfilment by Almost Home.
